221 Thunderbird Drive in Seascape.
The Secret Garden leases facilities from the La Selva Beach Community Church and Aptos United Methodist Church. However, The Secret Garden is not affiliated with the church or any other religious organization.
We are licensed by the state of California's Community Care Licensing Division.
